·        Communicate knowledgably concerning the relevant aspects of contract and agency law

3 Marine Arbitration

·        Understand procedures relating to dispute resolution involving litigation and arbitration

4 Obligations required by law

·        Comprehend legislation in place to protect and control the shipping industry
